Numerical Simulation of Contamination Accumulation Characteristics of Composite Insulators in Salt Fog Environment

چکیده

To investigate the fouling characteristics of composite insulator surface under salt fog environment, FXBW-110/120-2 was taken as research object. Based on field-induced charge mechanism, multi-physical field coupling software COMSOL used to numerically simulate characteristics, explored calculation method ESDD, and demonstrated its rationality. this method, pollution environment were studied, influence wind speed, droplet size, voltage type analyzed. The results showed that: with increase in amount accumulated increases range relationship between speed is approximately linear; at same size action DC voltage; when there no voltage, dirt upper more than that lower surface, while it opposite voltage.
